Abstract

Este artigo pretende refletir sobre a fundamentação pós-metafísica da moral,
contra a concepção clássica de objetividade irrestrita, válida em qualquer tempo
e lugar, e contra o empirismo e Wittgenstein, para os quais as normas morais não
seriam passíveis de ajuizamento racional. A fundamentação pós-metafísica da
moral parte da ideia de que a sociedade moderna se caracteriza como uma sociedade
pós-tradicional e descentrada e de que são exatamente essas suas duas
características que permitem uma fundamentação universalista das normas morais
a partir do multiculturalismo e por causa dele. O empirismo e Wittgenstein,
nesse caso, seriam pré-modernos.
